Hey everyone,
I wanted to chat about a common issue many face bawaseer, or hemorrhoids. It’s a topic that can feel a bit awkward, but it’s important to understand!
What Are Bawaseer?
Bawaseer are swollen veins in the lower rectum or anus. They can cause pain, itching, and sometimes bleeding during bowel movements. There are two types: internal (inside) and external (outside).
Causes:
• Straining when going to the bathroom
• Pregnancy
• Obesity
• Sitting for long periods
Symptoms:
• Pain or discomfort
• Itching
• Swelling
• Bright red blood during bowel movements
Treatment Options:
1. Lifestyle Changes: Eat more fiber, drink plenty of water, and exercise.
2. OTC Remedies: Use creams for relief and pain relievers if needed.
3. Medical Help: Talk to a doctor if it gets severe or doesn’t improve.
When to See a Doctor:
If you notice heavy bleeding or persistent pain, it’s best to get checked out.
